What do you like best about Rippling? I appreciate the step trackers at the top of each page because I can estimate how long each task will take. This feature is also helpful for me if I come back to an activity, because my memory is refreshed on what I have completed so far and how many tasks I have left. What do you like best about Rippling? The platform is simple to use. You don't have to go through too many layers to set up. Their onboarding is more automated, with reminders that make it seamless. I didn't choose them at first, but I switched when my first provider (Paycom) was going to make me wire funds every pay period - which my bank charges me $25 or $35 each time. Live chat feature for Admins: not only does their customer support team respond back promptly on live chat, but they respond with helpful answers and walk you through things step by step until you're all taken care of. No issues so far, we had a few small things that we escalated, and Rippling released product fixes for us. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Competitive Health Insurance plans and rates for our business. Employees are happy, and it's been a good recruitment tool for us.

What do you like best about Rippling? Having all of the tasks related to payroll, benefits, and other business need-to-know information on one platform makes completion easy fast. I can check pay stubs, update insurance, and view inter-office contact information in one location and complete those tasks much quicker than if I was to have to go to several apps.
