What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling provides one of the most comprehensive hr solutions for our business. We know that soup to nuts if rippling doesn't have it they have a partner or app the bolts into the software. We can go from finding an employee via lever (an app supported by rippling) all the way through the life cycle of hiring and offboarding that employee. What do you dislike about Rippling? "I no longer dread clocking in and out!"
What do you like best about Rippling? Simple to use, aesthetic, easy to navigate. So intuitive! Love the rippling home where I can see quick updates about my team as well What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing that I can think of! I am enjoying all of what Rippling has to offer. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Taxes, time off, being able to save time from having to navigate and figure out where to go

"Super easy...super comprehensive"
What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is super easy to use. My employees like the layout and the ease of finding things in the system. The integrations are comprehensive as well and we're rolling out new open enrollment and they integrate directly with our insurance company. What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing that I can see is missing so far. I don't really understand how to use all of the app integrations described at the top of the main page...but none of them seem to ...

What do you like best about Rippling? The user experience is easy and understandable. I like the Rippling Home Water Cooler. It's a great way to connect with my co-workers. What do you dislike about Rippling? There is nothing I dislike—a simple platform. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Make sure I am clocking in on time. Rippling also solves communication within my organization.
