What do you like best about Rippling? Ease of use. Rippling is so much easier to use than our last package. Less diving in menus to find what you're looking for Very intituatively laid out. What do you dislike about Rippling? Only that we didn't switch to Rippling a long time ago. Recommendations to others considering Rippling: Go for it. "Great Application!"
What do you like best about Rippling? Love being able to see a history of my time off, love seeing the message thread and who's out of the office. What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing comes to mind. Would be nice to have single sign on access. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Nothing really, but would be able to see people out of the office on actual time off rather than working remote

What do you like best about Rippling? The layout is intuitive and the way it leads you into your options makes it easy to get through. What do you dislike about Rippling? The fact that it's mainly designed for computer use rather than mobile use is not as convenient. Recommendations to others considering Rippling: Rippling has many features that can be used for management. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Viewing paycheck stubs and choosing benefit options.

"Super Easy to use"
What do you like best about Rippling? As an employee I found it super easy to use for selecting medical, viewing my team and organizational chart. What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing so far that I have found, The two factor authentication we use is easy. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? The ease of accepting and choosing medical plans. The efficiency of being able to view it all in a single portal

What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is so easy to navigate! It is user friendly, very informative. I love the easy to see/use icons. I use the payroll and sheets tabs.
