"Easy to use platform with key functionality"
What do you like best about Rippling? Simple easy to use portal with overloading with lot of unnecessary information. Well organized, I can easily see my medical plan, my 401k plan, my organization hierarchy, PTO/Sick hours etc, along with my payroll information. Very easy to navigate, straightforward, very intuitive, with great help along the way. Contacted them for a question and was promptly responded to. What do you dislike about Rippling? What do you like best about Rippling? Simple easy to use portal with overloading with lot of unnecessary information. "Excellent, easy-to-use app and interface"
What do you like best about Rippling? The user interface is clean, logistically friendly, and easy to navigate and understand. Past third-party apps I've had to use at work to log vacation days, complete open enrollment, etc. were overly complex and byzantine, with the information you most readily need usually buried two or three steps deep in the interface. This resulted in endless frustration and lost productivity time. Rippling is the opposite of that—it's all clear, all on the surface, ...

What do you like best about Rippling? The integrations within Rippling make it a one-stop-shop for my company. What do you dislike about Rippling? It takes a little bit to get used to, like any system. Once you figure it out, it's smooth sailing. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Starting a company, you realize how much there is to take care of and provide for your employees. Rippling makes all of that easy by putting it all in one place.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Rippling solves the problem of "where's all my HR stuff?" Used to use ADP at a past company, that was like dial-up internet compared to the fiberoptic of Rippling

"Works Perfectly 99% of time!"
What do you like best about Rippling? It shows all clock-in times and aggregate time so that I am making sure I am always staying on time. What do you dislike about Rippling? Sometimes the phone app gets a bit sticky and takes longer to load than the website What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Making sure that as an employee, I am not overstepping my allotted hours and having a one stop shop for all of my work-related healthcare documents
