Ease of use
What do you like best? Ring Central is a great tool for the sales associates to use at the office as well as on their cell phone. They just open the app and can make calls and send texts right from there. Without using their own number. What do you dislike? I have no dislikes for this product at this time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great is you have multiple personnel using phone lines What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Navigation and reporting are just so-so
What do you like best? Integration with our CRM (Copper), detailed call tracking, ability to export data to .xls. User documentation is complete and easily searchable. Diverse ways to use the product: desktop, browser and mobile applications What do you dislike? Reports are clunky to pull and I resort to exporting the data to .xls for easier manipulation. Customer support is ok, we have a Customer Success Manager who could be a bit more responsive. Navigation in the dashboard is ...

Not great
What do you like best? Ring Central has not fixed all our VOIP problems but it does allow up to have calls on our cell phones. It has improved some in sound clarity but it's still kind of weird. What do you dislike? I don't like how you can't tell if it's ring central call or a call to my personal number What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It got rid of our office phone.

Ring Central has consistently served my needs.
What do you like best? I like that it all runs through it's own system. No one ever receives my direct number. The app is also very helpful and makes things easier on my smart phone. What do you dislike? Sometimes the call does not come through the app so it looks like a regular phone call from an unknown number. This causes me to ignore calls i need to take. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The app on my smartphone is a real ...

Granted mobility within connectivity
What do you like best? RingCEntral has given our staff greater mobility within their day to day tasks since they are no longer tied to land lines at their desks. It also has given them the opportunity to control hours that they are on call. What do you dislike? Because it is internet based- if the power or internet goes out, so do our phone lines. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better in office connectivity as well as ...

Top rate VOIP application that works on all devices
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? RingCentral offers a host of useful features: We use RingCentral desktop phones that work like normal phones. You can fax directly from your desktop application. Plus, you can get voicemails delivered to you in email format via MP3. Finally, you can use the iPhone app to port all calls to your mobile phone in the order you want. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The only drawback is the Salesforce plug-in was ...

Top notch customer support
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? One time, when I was on chat with the tech support team to resolve an issue, the chat got disconnected. But, the agent called me on the phone and resolved the issue satisfactorily. This shows the vendor provides top notch customer support. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I am a partner of the vendor and I wish the system included a dashboard that allows me to manage the RingCentral phones of multiple clients. ...

Ideal app for remote teams
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love the web interface which is easy to use. Our remote team is based in diverse locations and we find it helpful to create support trees and easily route call patterns. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Account support could be improved. The same account manager contacted us multiple times with the same questions but did not provide the required follow up. What specific problems in your company were solved ...
