Excellent platform for SME's
Excellent platform. We have been using RingCentral for over a year now and the platform fits our business needs perfectly. It integrates with our other Office365 platform seamlessly and allows us to look like a much larger organisation than we are. Very pleased with the purchase.

Easy Update
The update went fine from what I can tell so far. I did have to call to find out if there was an additional charge for the download. I was told my plan included the update. It would have been nice to not have had to make the phone call.

Very upset about the extended…
Very upset about the extended contractual agreement I am force to maintain. The original representative failed to explain this to portion, and when I went to cancel my service, this was pointed out to me for the first time. In order to break the contract I would have to pay over $600.00. I will not recommend RingCentral, because of the deceptive business practices.

RingCentral has been good for us!
We have thoroughly enjoyed our Ring Central phone system. We no longer have missing conversations because the connection was poor. Each time I have called support they are always very courteous and helpful. I would recommend RingCentral to any business.

Ring Central is excellent.
Ring Central is excellent.Having moved from a brick and mortar office to opening my own at home, in the midst of a pandemic, RC has been a great option for me. It is easy, convenient, and cost effective. I like that it has the ability to send/ receive faxes. I like that my assistant can work at her home and have equal access to the system. I highly recommend it.

It’s a easy to use system and the ring…
It’s a easy to use system and the ring central team helped through all of the quirks we had with phone system that way out weighed the dinosaur system we had . System brought us into the modern age
