Horrible company.

Horrible. Tried to switch to monthly to spread out monthly expenses. Can't get ahold of anyone in billing. All sent to voicemail with no calls back. Website helps says you can switch to monthly online - not true. Found someone to make that change, but yearly charge still went through. In addition, extra fees that are not government mandating means their advertised prices are completely false.

Please be very careful!!!

What a bunch of children and customer service reps that really don't know what they're doing. We ported over all of our phones for a retail establishment and for the past 3 weeks it's been an absolute nightmare.No one seems to be able to help and you can't speak with a senior person who understands what's going on. We're in real trouble now and will have to go back to our original provider.I can't begin to guess how much business we've lost this month.

Its a good approach by Ringcentral that…

Its a good approach by RingCentral that they are now cloud-based but few improvements obviously required. Sometimes the meeting hangs and shuts down itself but I understand RingCentral team is working on improvements and within short time the application would go perfect. Applause for Team RingCentral
