Most of the customization had to be…
Most of the customization had to be done in the Yealink phone system by the vendor, Virtual Communications, and not Ring Central which made it difficult to test customized settings, but overall Ring Central provided good customer service.

RingCentral makes my life so easy
RingCentral makes my life so easy! Having ability to have VOIP, video and text on one platform. Also, having an app installed on my phone and being tied down to a desk to answer every call that comes in a amazing for any business.

Contacted Ring Central for new service…
Contacted Ring Central for new service and while I was asking questions about the pricing the representative became rude and hung up on me. If that’s what I get from a sales member the attitude from support must be unbearable!Wanted to add to this. I emailed the address stated by their reply and provided requested information and they never responded. Looks like they respond to these to show people reading that they are caring but don’t be fooled, Company is a joke beware!

Horrible call quality and service
Horrible call quality and service. Almost impossible to cancel services with them. I instructed them to cancel my account multiple times and we are still getting charged. I am currently on the phone with them on hold trying to be connected to someone to cancel my service as I previously requested. This company is a huge waste of time.

Horrible support. Horrible customer service.
Have used RingCentral in my dental office for one year. We are now having significant issues with the phones and have been unable to get call backs from tech support or sales for the past two days. The customer service agent actually told my office manager to "shut up" today. The problem is unresolved and RingCentral is now hurting our business. We will be switching to another company.

Ring Central are liars and cheats.
Ring Central are liars and cheats.They will try anything to get you to sign up for the higher paying service even when you do not need it.They make it almost impossible to talk to anyone about billing. Unbelievable way to do business. If you choose these guys make sure you read up and be ready to do battle with the lying cheats!

I have a 1 year contract with them but…
I have a 1 year contract with them but I sold my business and requested them to send me the details of cancellation process. They said there will be an early termination fee. I was OK with that. Then they told me another dept handles that and I will receive and email with the details. .....I did NOT receive any emails so I called again after 2 weeks and went thru the same cycle.... Instant video chat questions resolved
I was having an issue with instant video chat, so I gave them a call. The service rep was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She actually even called me back when she found an alternative answer for one of my questions. Top notch customer service.
