Great ACD

Having used several ACD systems I can say that RingCentral is the one I'm most happy with. The scripting is very intuitive and easy to use and changes can be done in the blink of an eye.The Agent Application is a great tool for the employees who will have all possible Inbound contacts in the same tool.Can recommend this to anyone looking for a good ACD for their company.

Ring Central

Stay away from this company. While the service is okay. The rest of the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We have been with Ring Central since 2014. I ported my number to another company to reduce my monthly payment. Here is the kicker, Even tho I am a 7 year customer, I still get to pay $83 dollars x the 7 months I apparently have since your contract renews every year!!!!! Who knew? so $500. was my penalty--could not pay it fast enough and I get to call them back after I pay the ...

Trapped, paying $3,118/month

While the service was good while a customer, when I attempted to leave things changed very, very quickly. My credit card expired and as a result, without any warning my account was suspended and phones disconnected. It took a week to figure this out. When I attempted to log in to the portal I was prompted to accept new service terms; up from a few hundred a month to $3,118/month. RingCentral has been a great move for our offices!

We initially discovered RingCentral while researching ways to save money on faxing, because we were paying for 2 extra phone lines for our two offices just for faxes.
