A great addition to our workflow.

PROS: Accessibility. I love the option of opening this tool either on my desktop or my mobile. CONS: The tool updates are not as thoroughly vetted. These often introduce bugs and the like.

Top notch customer support

PROS: One time, when I was on chat with the tech support team to resolve an issue, the chat got disconnected. But, the agent called me on the phone and resolved the issue satisfactorily. This shows the vendor provides top notch customer support. CONS: I am a partner of the vendor and I wish the system included a dashboard that allows me to manage the RingCentral phones of multiple clients.

The service in the United Kingdom is good!

I would like to mention from the beginning that this review is about the service provided in the United Kingdom. I am using this service for over a year and overall I am satisfied with the service provided. Pretty good connection, decent prices, and fast service (from their internal team). The only disadvantage is an old (outdated) interface, so if you need to make any changes in your account it's always easier to call the customer service, rather than make by yourself. Smooth Move

We are still early in the process, but had a great experience with the Sales Team, Installation Team and Porting Team. Thus far our users are also having an excellent experience with the switch to RingCentral. The only thing that was confusing to them was the use of the temporary telephone #'s until our numbers ported over to RingCentral. So far we consider this a smooth move!
