TO ALL CEO'S: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I ordered a Reloadable card on 24.11.2022. They said it would be with me within the next two working days via mail. A week later I complained that I haven't received it. They said they would send out a new one. None received. I complained to cancel the reloadable card and refund me to my Gateway Account. No response like AT ALL. It's been three weeks now and they can't get their stuff done. To all employers who think of implementing this in their own company: AVOID THIS AT ALL COST!!! It's ...

"Fonds Thoughtful Rewards"
What do you like best about Reward Gateway? I love having the ability to recognize my coworkers for a job well done and the wide variety of rewards you have to choose from based on your likes and preferences. While working remotely, it is hard to engage with your coworkers, and Fond has brought a fun, unique way to do so.

Quick and effective response times to resolve an issue with a retailer

Awful customer service
Do yourself a favour and AVOID this company. I purchased a voucher from them but the code didnt work with the retailer. Instead of helping me resolve the issue I was fobbed off and told to work it out with the retailer directly and then 'provide evidence' to them before they could refund. Disgraceful customer service attitude, they should be liasing with the retailer themselves not leaving the customer chasing.
