I have problem with gift voucher as order placed by mistake on huge money. I was literally hopless and not sure how I'm gonna get the money back but the support I was getting from Stoyan and Milka was brilliant and outstand. Thanks for all your support and guidance.

Amazon basket fail.
Added items to amazon basket through gateway, but it won't let me load anything after allowing gateway to access my amazon account and putting my password in.

Booked a Disney World holiday through…
Booked a Disney World holiday through Reward Gateway and The Walt Disney Travel Company. Cashback was tracked and pending for over a year and then rejected. There is no reason and could get no response as to why it was rejected so RG added a manual claim but I was told it would not process for 90 days after we returned. It has now been 100 days and 5 email and I still have not received my cashback! It is false advertising on RG and The Walt Disney Travel Company's part to continue to have ...
