Awful customer service
Do yourself a favour and AVOID this company. I purchased a voucher from them but the code didnt work with the retailer. Instead of helping me resolve the issue I was fobbed off and told to work it out with the retailer directly and then 'provide evidence' to them before they could refund. Disgraceful customer service attitude, they should be liasing with the retailer themselves not leaving the customer chasing. I had bought a corporate discount…
I had bought a corporate discount voucher via Rewards Gateway. Unfortunately, the item I bought was faulty and the seller customer care that I experienced was very poor. I contacted rewards gateway to express my distress and concern over my refund in cash not in a gift card. they listened to me and advised they will chase up the seller and update me; which they did. Love the platform
