Refunds System World Classe
1unintentionally wrongly purchased a Vendor Voucher instead of the physical Vendor Top op Card. The Support Team immediately agreed to arrange credit and restore my financial position. I am amazed/blown by the quick response, service turnaround time and level of professionalism. I can only but compliment RewardsGateway and their excellent support team. It says much about the company and it values,

A great way to save money
A great way to save money on so many outlets. If you do run into any issues then there is a 24/7 help chat line and the operatives will strive to sort any issue out.

Great customer service!
I made a mistake with my voucher and staff were really helpful and polite - I was particularly impressed by how quickly I received an update. A big thank you to Angela Ghanem who went above and beyond to help me and resolve my issue as quickly as possible.

Successful refund
I use this benefit frequently without issue, however one Saturday afternoon there was a delay in receiving an instant voucher, therefore needed to make normal payment meaning I couldn't use voucher when received, normally a refund wouldn't be given, however due to the details around the situation the rewards team, managed to agree with retailer to give a full refund, much appreciated !
