Wonderful customer service
I've recently had a really great experience with the support team from Reward Gateway. I was having trouble redeeming my award points with amazon and they fixed this for me super quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much for all your help!

Great customer service
I have had prompt responses and resolutions to any issues that I have had. Today Petya was able to get a hasty instant voucher purchase refunded (usually un refundable) A great website to use too and one where I have saved a few £££ by using the offers or purchasing vouchers to use at retailers.

e-gift voucher issue
The issue I had with an e-gift voucher with a third party supplier was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The person I communicated with in the "Chat" was extremely helpful.
