Love it issue.
What a great team, with in 48hrs, over the Bank Holiday my problem was resolved. Evey email was friendly and helpful, very clear advice. Amazing service.

Great App
I find the app great, it helps save money and is really easy to use. I had a problem, I purchased an e-card which I was not able to use as B&Q use verified sellers and do not allow vouchers to be used against these purchases. It was a large purchase, I was worried and the support team was wonderful, they sorted out the problem really quickly. Highly recommend the savings and support.

Great savings but customer support 'iffy'
I have been using Reward Gateway for over 10 years now. The savings/discounts have been great. However from time to time there is a blip with their payments systems and customer support does not seem to understand the issue and usually resorts to 'delete your card data and start again' or to just blame the bank.
