Sharp Practice
Tried taking advantage of a discount that they were offering on motor insurance. When I got the quote with the discount it was the same as the price without discount. After I queried this they removed the offer as if it had never existed!

Really great customer service all…
Really great customer service all round. Handled an issue I had with an instant voucher quickly and efficiently. The Support Supervisor Petya was extremely helpful and totally understood an issue I'd had re a certain retailer. Would definitely use Reward Gateway again!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service received from the Support team at Reward Gateway. When I needed to speak to someone regarding an error they responded quickly, escalated and resolved the issue for me. The issue was not caused by them it was relating to one of the Suppliers who had not updated them with a change. But I was happy it was quickly resolved.

Have used Rewsrd Gateway on numerous occasions to get discounts and have found itceasy to use with no problems. When I did have a problem with a voucher they very helpful and solved by problem very quickly. Excellent service
