Nice service support
Been using rewardgateway for over 2 months. I ran into transaction issue the first time yesterday, payment was done but top-ups failed. I raised a ticket online, to my surprise the issue was resolved the next day. Really happy with the swift support

i made the wrong purchase on what voucher i needed and this issue was resolved within an hour and my refund is being processed, very helpful people !!

"User friendly flexible platform and good help desk service"
What do you like best about Reward Gateway? The platform is easy to use. You can shose which modules to use/ buy and you can add addtional features as you go. The implementation is really detailed and well done. Whenever you need help the people from Client Success ot Help desk service are really nice and happy to help.

I just love Reward Gateway
I just love Reward Gateway. I have been with them for over a couple of years. The offers/discounts/vouchers are really good. Whether its buying or topping up a voucher, the process is very straight forward and easy to use. I definitely recommend. 10/10. Thanks!

I made many bookings via the gateway…
I made many bookings via the gateway for booking.com - its over 3 months later, and the cashback for these items is still outstanding. I've messaged the firm but they are not responding. I would encourage people to use the discounted items, but cashback takes forever . very poor customer support
