What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Smartcloud allowed for easy collation of emails for each deal linked with Salesforce. This was a seamless approach and saved valuable time organising or searching for deal specific emails in outlook inbox What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Emails from outlook transferring over into individual accounts within Salesforce What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? I have yet to find anything that I dislike at the current time What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of all emails to and from accounts. "Fantastic Product -"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I really enjoy how this product integrates with Outlook and then secondly to Salesforce. It made managing leads and email a breeze. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Only issue I had was that it would frequently loose its integration with Salesforce. But it was a simple fix. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Email Communication Documentation - Sales Order documentation.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Love the connection that SmartCloud connect makes to Salesforce and how easy it is to sync emails, attachments, calls and more. At one point it was set up as a window in my Outlook, now it isn't there and I have to select a link everytime I want to access. "Excellent Bridge Between Outlook & Salesforce"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I'm a huge fan of the simplicity of the interface. I've never had any issues with the application opening within my Outlook pane and it auto-fills a lot of the information to make it easier to add leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, etc. It tries to find the related Salesforce records and does about 90% accuracy. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Very helpful product for the busy professional. This program effectively maximizes my time by allowing me to access all I need directly in outlook. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? At this point I have nothing to put here. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? My calendar is my life, without it I’m lost. SmartCloud connect works seamlessly with Salesforce to always keep me on track.
