What do you like best about Revenue Grid? It was nice to be able to see Salesforce information within Outlook, and it was easy to customize which objects and fields users could see in their inbox. "Excited for SmartCloud Connect's Potential. "
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I like the calendar- Salesforce syncing option that provides an email notification when a participant confirms a meeting and allows for participants to choose from a list of meeting time options (which updates to my calendar). What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? "Pretty good. First time user. Definitely makes my life a little easier."
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? It helps logging notes and meetings much faster. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? I'm unaware of the full benefits, as I was never really trained to use it. Recommendations to others considering Revenue Grid: If you have Salesforce, i would definitely recommend. Makes life easier. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Making sure everything is being logged into salesforce. One-click away from logging a meeting.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? My company was glad to use Invisible's SmartCloud Connect to sync peoples' Outlook calendars and emails to and from Salesforce. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Sometimes when our staff's Windows passwords change, there is no automated alert that syncing between Outlook and Salesforce has stopped. This would be a nice to have. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Automating import of emails as Tasks to Salesforce

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I really like the interface and the ability to easily configure it. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Experienced some issues with connection timeouts to Salesforce. Forced to repeatedly close outlook and start everything over again, which was frustrating. "Great tool and timesaver - couple bugs"
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Our company has saved countless hours by integrating our Outlook with SmartCloud. We can do almost everything without even opening Salesforce. Even the custom objects that we developed in Salesforce have integrated with Smartcloud. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Sometimes it crashes and you have to restart Outlook and sometimes there are issues where things get added through Smartclould and don't show up in Smartclound later, but they are ...

"So far so good"
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Email syncing, email templates. Good for team communication in SF. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Duplication issues. For some reason the system isn't linking to existing accounts and causing duplication. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? The streamlined connectivity with Salesforce has allowed our team to collaborate more effectively.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Ease of use and installation. The software was very easy for my team to learn. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? None. The software was very easy for my team to learn. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Using SmartCloud in lieu of Salesforce Inbox. Our Exchange server is not compatible with Salesforce Inbox. SmartCloud is an excellent alternative.
