"Smartcloud Connect does what we want"
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Minimal headache. We tried activity capture with Einstein and it was more expensive and not user friendly. Fairly simple to use. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? I honestly can't figure out why I end up with two versions in my inbox. As soon as I delete the one I don't want, it's back the next day. Often downtime and disconnection, App was often needed to be restarted or reconnected and emails were not being associated /recognized What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Sometimes does not recognize contact or account What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? SmartCloud is so much better than the Lightening integration. It's saved time by syncing emails, events and creating tasks in outlook that save to SF.

"Makes getting information into SFDC so much easier. "
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Automation of activity. Once you have done your setup, activity automatically gets synced to SFDC via email domains. Ability to add attachments to an object right from outlook or OWA. I use it exclusively with OWA(outlook web access) and it works great. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? What do you like best about Revenue Grid? It helps logging notes and meetings much faster. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? I'm unaware of the full benefits, as I was never really trained to use it. Recommendations to others considering Revenue Grid: If you have Salesforce, i would definitely recommend. Makes life easier. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Making sure everything is being logged into salesforce. One-click away from logging a meeting.
