What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I can see my contacts/leads/opportunities directly from Outlook. I can check that a mail I received from my customer is already in Salesforce and the contact created without going into Salesforce What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? "Fast and easy to install and works automatically in the background."
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Ease of installation. Support is great- easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The panel in Outlook makes it much easier and faster to add customers or attaches files and emails. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Sometimes the application wouldn't load by itself in Outlook and had to be manually opened. The syncing in the Outlook window can sometimes take a while to update slowing down the work flow. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? quick updates to SFDC, easy navigation and sync What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? interface and sometimes the plug in doesn't work and not detect the leads, although it is already in the CRM What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? time and efforts.

"Great application, easily accessible, and phenomenal tool"
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? SmartCloud Connect makes it easy to auto-record daily activity with leads in your database. My favorite feature is the fact that it allows to work completely mobile without needing to log on to salesforce.com and eliminates continuously transferring communication back and forth. "Great additional functionality over built in SF features!"
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I loved being able to easily log emails directly from my inbox. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Duplicated some functionality of the Email to Salesforce feature. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting our employees to log all communications with people in SF is difficult. SmartCloud connect makes logging emails much easier.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? It's very easy and quick to save mail from our mail service to our CRM What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Sometimes it's a bit slow but it's not so disturbing What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? It's very faster to use smartcloud connect than do it manually so it saves a lot of time!

"One of the best Outlook extensions for salesforce"
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I was looking for a new extension that would help me track activity in salesforce through my outlook. I do a big portion of my work responding to emails and following up with clients and all I have to do is save my work and it automatically loads into salesforce.
