What do you like best about Revenue Grid? SmartConnect just saves me a ton of time, no brainer for the price. Our entire team is using it and now we cant imagine our lives without it. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I like this tool since I basically don’t need to go to my CRM anymore which save me time. Scheduling feature is a nice addition too. Overall the product is pretty quick and customizable. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? I wish it had a send later feature and maybe a few other bells and whistles but it is okay for the price as it is. "Pleased SmartCloud User"
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? That they work with Macs, Salesforce, and Outlook. They are also have responsive customer service. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? The program can be a bit temperamental. The user's interface can also be different based on when they got their license (so my interface is different from my co-workers). What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? They help keep track of emails and share them with the entire office.

I like the ability for SmartCloud to effectively work cross platform (Mac & PC) for my sales team as well as the ability to reliably sync email communications and attachments. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? We've been very happy with SmartCloud Connect since we implemented it this year. I now have confidence that the e-mail communications that my team sends via MS Outlook are stored in the appropriate records within salesforce with no additional work necessary from my team members.
