What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Outlook remains the most important tool for a sales rep. He's creating contacts, meetings, sending and receiving emails from there: all his professional life is there! To keep a CRM such as salesforce.com updated, retyping the information is a pain with no direct return on investment. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I like that SmartCloud Connect runs inside outlook. I rarely if ever need to go into the SFDC interface. I did a fair amount of customization to only show the required fields that our team uses. I love that it recognizes new accounts and new contacts automatically. "Saves me lots of time"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? The add on is easy to use and allows me to verify with salesforce what account to log the email to. Plus i can add an email directly and create a new person relationship right from outlook with out logging into salesforce. Saves lots of steps. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I love that it connects Outlook to Salesforce and I don't need to enter a lead twice. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?
