"Works pretty well but wish it had more"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I love the auto filling for the emails logging to opportunities. I like the autoloading as well. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? I wish it would be easier to map events to opportunities in Salesforce. Recommendations to others considering Revenue Grid: Better calendar mapping. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Logging all trransactions for client health.

The integration with Salesforce has been extremely beneficial for tracking emails and categorizing them, without having to dual data entry in Salesforce itself. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? When getting an email from someone that is not currently in our Salesforce Database it makes it very easy to enter them and create and account seamlessly within Outlook. It makes it much faster and able to do it now! What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? What do you like best about Revenue Grid? The auto filling of fields with new contacts and ability to create accounts, contacts, opps etc right from outlook is great.
