"Great product for Salesforce recording and integration"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I like the one click ability to work within Outlook and have all my activity and emails logged in Salesforce. The integration is fairly seamless! I like the fact that I don't have to copy and paste, and that email chains are auto saved- it keeps everyone on an enterprise level up to date on what is happening in the pipeline without a lot of duplication of work. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? SmartCloud is well worth having with Outlook. A great way transfer data from outlook and saves you time getting information into client files, tasks, and meetings. Well worth the money! What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Nothing. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? SmartCloud Connect made it very easy to go through my sent mail folder and move relevant mails into Salesforce. It recognizes our customers from the salesforce database and thereby identifies relevant emails. It stores them in the customer database and also under opportunities. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? It pulls relevant data up quickly. Compared to other integrators it is faster and more relevant information. Also I can do most Salesforce stuff inside Smartcloud, creating opportunities, leaving notes and making follow up tasks. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?
