What do you like best about Revenue Grid? The SmartCloud Connect platform is more robust than the standard Salesforce plugin for Outlook. The update to RevenueGrid makes the product even better. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Occasionally Windows 10 and Office 365 send auto updates that "break" some functionality. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? The best thing I like is tracking email opens! I have been able to increase my customer engagement by finding out what sort of titles have prompted the most email opens! With this tool, I have been able to figure out more engaging mass emails. It is also nice to know if some people are ignoring you, or if the email is not in current use. That is noticed when multiple emails have not been opened from a specific email address. "Great for quickly adding/editing contacts and accounts"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I love that I can quickly add account, contact, and prospect (lead) records quickly with SCC. This is something that I can do.
