"Great product with a few kinks"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Love the Salesforce integration! Saves a lot of time. I can easily meeting management requirements without having to take an extra step. Also like the ability to send my availability to clients so they can easily book on my calendaar. I love that I can see the leader board in Salesforce for emails and meeting and it's auto synced. "Great product and excellent support"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? The ability to automatically sync to custom objects (revenueinbox) and excellent support we have received. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? The engagement portion of revenueinbox could use some work. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? We are saving a lot of time going back and forth between SF and Outlook and avoiding duplication of activity records.

"Revenue Grid just makes your life easier, you can focus on what you need."

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? With revenue grid you have the possibility to auto-log emails, events to salesforce, no need to bcc, use a sidebar app, etc. This just makes life easy. In case I want to log something to an opportunity, I can use the outlook sidebar which provides an easy selection. The outlook side bar provides more possibilities then the native salesforce sidebar. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I love that it is easy accessible on both desktop and web based inboxes. Very effective to create a new lead, track a lead's communication history, attach a communication record to the CRM, to schedule appointments etc. It ties in very efficiently to the CRM, a very easy and quick way to save work.
