REVEL SUCKS and $5000 do it yourself

It’s been 3 months since I paid $4400 for a deposit on Revel POS for equipment that still has not been installed by the Revel installer who doesn’t drill any holes for installation and required me to hire a handyman to assist him in my installation. They now have charged me $314 for 3 months rental of equipment which they didn’t install. It took me three months of Revel University figuring out how to input my menu items. Revel is the bomb .com

What I Love about REVEL is that every time I call them to ask the simplest question on how to teach me how to change or add anything in my pod system they are always helping me. I love the fact that they do not let you go until they fix the problem that you are having. Thank you so much to the staff for being son patient atleast with me, I love it.

I love the system and the information …

I love the system and the information it provides, it makes everything easier my only complaint is about backend training. I feel like there are too many steps involved to add menu items and navigate backend issues.
