User friendly and high level of functionality
Would be 5 stars if updates were a touch less buggy - but overall easy to use, with a ton of functionality. Best of all is the ingredients/inventory capability.

Revel: It's bad.
Customer service has no clue what they are talking about. They call at unreasonable times (11pm on NYE...WHAT?). Once they called and spent over an hour trying to fix our system...and then they realized they were working in the wrong URL. I feel sorry for whoever had to deal with that aftermath. They told us to restart our access point...then charged us for a new access point because you're not supposed to restart it. Dealing with customer service wouldn't be so bad if the system didn't go ...

What do you like best about Revel Systems? Very easy for new employees to get up to speed. Very easy to make changes to the menu. And, of course, historical data never goes away.

"Quick and easy to learn"
What do you like best about Revel Systems? The management console is easy to use. The layout is clear and direct to find where I need to go. I can schedule and track hours for each employee. I can also track my sale and work labor in one platform which allows me to clearly manage my business.
