Scheduling is very annoying and communication issues
Scheduling is very annoying and we have had a lot of communication errors between our pin pad and POS. Revel and Moneris have had many phone calls but we are still having communication issues.

Do not buy this system
Do not buy this system, if you have a retail business and use Quickbooks. They told me that Quick Books will update inventory directly with Revel but it doesn’t. You have to double enter everything. Revel cost me thousands of dollars trying to make it work. Don't waste your time and money. This is their response to my complaint. "We appreciate your feedback Jim and are sorry you were disappointed by the system. We wish you and your business the best." They can't even get my name correct.

Revel was recommended to me when I was frustrated with a different System
Revel was recommended to me after the system I was using wasn't meeting my needs. Revel has the inventory tracking I need, the POS is easy to use, entering inventory is great, employee time monitoring is all GREAT. When there is an issue, the support is easy and quick. Glad I found Revel!

I haven't had much interaction with the Revel staff, my rating is more based on the POS system itself. It is very straightforward and user friendly. The reporting capabilities are very good.
