"Always learning"

What do you like best about ResMan? ResMan is easy to learn and always something to learn. Number of Features What do you dislike about ResMan? I really do not dislike anything at all. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? proration caculation . Property summary and I like it has lots of information on the dashboard.

What do you like best about ResMan? The ability to click hyperlinks and the Boardroom makes the system so easy to navigate. What do you dislike about ResMan? My only sore point is the amount of items that are changed/affected when there are updates. I appreciate the work on updating the features but sometimes it is at the cost of other items. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? The ease of use allows for easy training for my employees.

What do you like best about ResMan? The most helpful is the help tab that can be utilized at any time. The program is very user friendly. What do you dislike about ResMan? There really isn't anything I do not like. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Nothing that I know of.

What do you like best about ResMan? Easy navigation - very user friendly. Rareley lags, or has issues. Great reports! What do you dislike about ResMan? Nothing really. It is very userfriendly. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Processing of recertifications & correlating rents to the TIC.

What do you like best about ResMan? For me the most helpfull feature on Resman is the ability to comunicate with prospects and residents trough text message. What do you dislike about ResMan? The downsides of using resman is the bulk email features, sometimes the emai blast doesn't go trough. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Resman is helping with the occupancy trends and goals.

What do you like best about ResMan? The UI is very user friendly and easy to get a hang of. Anything that I couldn't figure out was easily solved by the help tab! What do you dislike about ResMan? The email sync integration/ communication logs would be helpful to have in a central space outside of unit / resident specific profiles. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Resident communications, work order monitoring. Very helpful for communicating with maintenance ...

What do you like best about ResMan? It is very eays to use and you can find what you need to find with just placing a word in search bar What do you dislike about ResMan? Sometimes Resman goes down when your in the middle of something. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? When there is an incorrect total or a lost application fee it is all there for you ro find it.

It pulls all reports needed and I can even create a lease through resman! What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Reman makes gathering information very simplified
