What do you like best about ResMan? i like that they made it easy to use. I almost nevre have trouble finding what i need to know. What do you dislike about ResMan? none that i have found yet. i wish most programs where this easy. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? work orders. it makes it easy to find and even sorts it by property

What do you like best about ResMan? The best part is that its all in one for leasing to maintanince easy to use and sign in on phone it is an everyday use item and if i get lost the customer support is there to help anytime. What do you like best about ResMan? Ease of use! Easy to learn! It has everything I need. What do you dislike about ResMan? There is no downside. I have used other programs during my 40+ years in the multifamily and prefer resman! What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes recertification so much easier. Everything is in one place.

What do you like best about ResMan? I like how easy Resman is to use. The search bar at the top makes everything easy to locate. What do you dislike about ResMan? I dislike that the search bar doesn't use "keywords" to search. If you're looking for a GL account or report, you have to use the first name of that item just as it's listed in the system. The system does seem to lag a bit on the first and last day of the month, which is understandable as that's when most properties are closing ...

What do you like best about ResMan? I love that it is not click happy software for property management. The best is you can create a report you need, but they have so many already uploaded into their system. There are so many integration abilities you can use to allow ease of use on both the property side and the resident side. What do you dislike about ResMan? I do not have any down sides.
