What do you like best about ResMan? intuitive - ease of moving around inside the program is terrific. What do you like best about ResMan? I love using Resman because it makes my job easier. It's easy to operate and great for use both on the day to day leasing side as well as the financal side. I love being able to view all my vendors and invoices in the same place. I also ADORE the calanader on Resman it allows my staff to make appointments and see each others bookings. What do you like best about ResMan? Helps in a big way, rather you have a big or small property. What do you dislike about ResMan? Sometimes it has its glitches. Where if an application comes in somethimes it will go in as a credit. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? The occupancy and it helps to better our cummunity.

What do you like best about ResMan? Resman allows us to assist the residents with their payments. The resident portal is very informational to the residents, once we have been able to show them how to utlitize it to their advantage. It is easier to navigate through their portal by seeing what they are able to see and walk them through it. What do you dislike about ResMan? The resident are not able to make payments through the portal before the 1st of the month, some residents like to pay ...

What do you like best about ResMan? I love ResMan! I can usually find everything I need with the help button! Super user friendly. What do you dislike about ResMan? I have no down sides of Resman! It's features alone are a win! What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps keep all our residents, invoices and any other inventory items in line!

What do you like best about ResMan? Resman is very user friendly, I can take a new Property Manager and teach it to them quickly as opposed to Yardi. I like the fact I can see the bank register, the reporting is pretty robust too. And the ability to customize user access is also very intuitive and robust at the same time!! What do you like best about ResMan? Ease of use, reporting capabilities, responsive customer service, ability to submit enhancement requests and have them completed within weeks. What do you dislike about ResMan? No down sides, anything that comes up as a sligh hicup Resman is great at addressing quickly What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Resman is taking all enhancement requests under serious consideration and any actual issues are resolved within days.
