Easy for meeting schedule anywhere anytime
What do you like best? Connect to remote customer by all means i.e. Mobile,laptop,tablet. I found useful when I was on the way n login thru mobile and can see other screen shared. Even if u r login well before the meeting,it will automatically login at the meeting time so no chance to miss the meeting. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It os easy to use and allows you to do everything you need quickly. What do you dislike? There is some problems with delay and with rendering, but this could change depending on your region and internet connection quality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can easily connect with an office environment over the ocean and stay nearly to my tools in any place.

Awesome Remote Support Tool
What do you like best? Very easy to set up. I like the Remote Desktop feature which allows you to access a customer's computer even while they are not around or online. Software was easy to download and use. Also like that you have the option to purchase a "Day Pass" for only $6.95 as I do not need to use this software very often so wouldnt see a ROI if I had to buy at full cost. ***UPDATE: I just received an email from Citrix on 12/11/16 stating that they are discontinuing their Day ...

GoToAssist is an excellent option for remote assistance needs.
What do you like best? I like having the ability to easily access a client's computer by just having them click a simple link. I also like the unattended access option as well as the ability to run as a service which allows reboots and switching logged in users. What do you dislike? GoToAssist works well for my customer support group to help connect with clients
What do you like best? I like that it allows me to see what the client sees while troubleshooting an issue. The performance is great, there is very little latency when moving the cursor, etc. I also like the ability to transfer the clipboard and send files, which is very helpful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use. I can have named seats as well as concurrent seats to share. We push and icon the user desktops for quick access. My tech staff likes the control it gives them! What do you dislike? Little pricy compared to some of the free versions. No iPad support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote support for users. We are able to assist users quickly without them having to go to us.

User Friendly and Straightforward
What do you like best? Our IT department has used GoToAssist to remotely access my computer quickly and easily. It is straightforward and easy to use. What do you dislike? I have experienced issues with the assist email links not coming through or being delayed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? GoToAssist gives us more options for working remotely while still accessing IT support.
