One of my favorites
What do you like best? Easy to use and easy to connect to friends I help with their issues. it is easy to get them to download the file and run the GoToAssist setup. What do you dislike? I don't seem to be able to pay a one-time fee anymore. Recommendations to others considering the product: TeamViewer What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quality of service!

best tool for remote assistance
What do you like best? Easy to use. Simply send a link, call the user, and talk them through the process of installing the add-in if not already installed. What do you dislike? Installing the plugin can be a challenge for some users, so i find i prefer to be on the phone everytime. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote desktop support is extremely easy using this tool. The ease of use once set up is invaluable.

What do you like best? The ease of which you can setup unattended access and the ability to run as a service so you the program will persist through a reboot. What do you dislike? The price. That's really the only negative factor about this software is how incredibly expensive it is. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get a demo and try it, but be ready to shell out some serious money. It's not cheap by any means. What problems are you solving with the ...
