Extremely Easy
What do you like best? The ease of use, anyone with minimum computer experience can use this software. Always avaialble
What do you like best? Love how it is easy to use and you can get support from anywhere when you are out of the office and can access multiple technicians when one isn't able to help. What do you like best? When I have an issue with my computer and troubleshooting doesn't work well over the telephone, I can allow someone to remote into my computer and help me out. I am to chat with them awhile they are assisting me. What do you dislike? If you do not have good internet connection, it can be slow at times. Remote connection is fast and good.
What do you like best? Use it remote connect to my office computer through Citrix GotoAssist and Xenapp and it works flawlessly always. Never an issue but sometimes depending on the network speed we may find some lagging. What do you dislike? The lagging caused by this software sometimes slows down the work but otherwise this is a great software. GoToAssist is Good
What do you like best? That it is a cloud based, remote program and it is relatively inexpensive. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is slow and sometimes it doesn't always work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are saving time and money. The remote access feature is awesome.

What do you like best? GoToAssist is a turn key "cloud" based remote desktop tool that is available 24/7 for your "any hour" customer support calls. It has helped me cut business expenses, while being able to give reliable remote support to my customers. What do you dislike?
