Secure remote support
What do you like best? Password storage for unattended access and manual grouping options for computers. What do you dislike? It is unnecessarily cumbersome to change the group a computer belongs to and even more so to set permissions for groups of computers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Solid product with some quirks in organizing computers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it almost daily ...

Easy to use remote assistance
What do you like best? GotoAssist would create a web page that the remote associate can link to and type in their name and the session ID to connect to the support department technician. This is easy for any level of affected user to connect for remote support. What do you dislike? GoToAssist has been known to have some video issues between the remote and connecting technician's machine. Specifically, the mouse from the remote machine does not always align with the mouse on the ...

Solution for Remote Support
What do you like best? I have used quite a few remote support solutions and I like this one the best, minimally invasive along with giving to opportunity to interact through Windows admin windows without requiring a user to be on the other side of the session. What do you dislike? Too many different GoTo programs that don't integrate or work with each other, even among the GoToAssist family they have different solutions that wouldn't talk among themselves. Recommendations to ...

Ability to connect to PC, servers, and ...

Gotoassist review
What do you like best? It is easy to have multiple sessions running without taking up a lot of resources on client PC. Allows unassisted support. What do you dislike? The screen will sometimes disconnect when the user logs off and you need to open a new session. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to work remotely for users who are not physically available. Allows me to work remote from home if necessary with ease.

An excellent way to get help with your computer
What do you like best? I have used this on numerous occasions, both at work and at home. It has been a real lifesaver, especially at home. The people I have working on my computer at home know more about computers than the people working on the computers at work. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything about using GoToAssist. It is a wonderful product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? At work it is used for minor issues. ...

Easy access for customers
What do you like best? It is very simple to start a remote session, you send the code (link) through IM or email. It works for both MAC and PC, which can be easily customized to the connection. What do you dislike? It should be simpler to get administrator permissions, but honestly it is not complicated either. Recommendations to others considering the product: Client for mobile terminals. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...
