What do you like best? Ease of use. File transfers. Creating sessions and emailing session links to customer. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Its Easy to use. Nice mobile app as well. What do you dislike? There is no option to call directly from the desktop version. We need to have a phone in able to dial in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? mostly attending meetings.

Good app, but it needs some polish
What do you like best? The best thing about this app is the fact that you can direct a user to go to the site and give them a code to login. You can also setup an unattended session. What do you dislike? The controls of the app can be confusing. Especially when the end user has multiple monitors. What do you like best? Connection speed is top notch. Price is very competitive What do you dislike? Nothing at this time, fully satisfied with GoToAssist What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to connect to an analyst for our GIS software and screen share to solve issues.

Simple to use, very reliable
What do you like best? I like that Goto Assist is simple to use and it is easy for the end user to grant access to their machine. Very minimal system resources are required to run G2A What do you dislike? It is easy for an end user to break the connection if they try to use their machine. Great for small business
What do you like best? I like that the software provider can see what you are working with to better assist. Additionally they can record the session and send it to you for reference. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about this service. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better communication with software provider.

What do you like best? I prefer GoToAssist over GoToMeeting because it's easier to take control of the screen without permission to bypass having to get permission from a less computer savvy user which sometimes takes a while to get them to click the right buttons. i like that you have the option to email a code or a direct link to the application. In my 5 years of using this I've only received one error message. This is a reliable program that most support techs in my company use ...
