Such an easy way to keep on top of my online reputation!
What do you like best? Reputation is a great way to keep track of all of your online reviews and feedback. I appreciate that I immediately get an email when a patient leaves a review for my office, and I can simply log in and reply - whether that review was left on Facebook, Google, or my own company website. Simple to Use
What do you like best? I like how simple and straightforward reputation.com is - it makes it easier to navigate the site and keep all my reviews in one place. I also really enjoy the pre-generated responses and they help to make sure I cover all bases with my responses and ensure that the customer gets the appropriate information in their response. Using Reputation.com to manage listings for a large healthcare system
What do you like best? The listings management feature is easy to use, and comes with a good support team for questions or issues. Google can be a difficult platform to constantly stay on top of, in terms of their changes, but by having Reputation.com manage our business listings, the process is much smoother. What do you like best? The review tracking dashboard and the ability to respond to reviews. What do you dislike? Creating custom reports can be clunky some times. Recommendations to others considering the product: Worth it, but very pricey. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Over reviews scores and volume. Great way to manage reviews from multiple review sites!
What do you like best? This is a super simple tool to use. We've tied the widget into our website as well to push our reviews there. We also like the rollup features as well. Good stuff! What do you dislike? Wish it was based on net promoter score. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This tool helps us identify our top performers and our businesses that need some assistance both operationally and in managing their reviews.

What do you like best? The website is so easy to navigate. With as many different data points and platforms there are to wade through, everything on Reputation is right where you'd expect it to be. Good product, easy to manage, some strange slip-ups with tech malfunctioning
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to manage our reviews and send requests. I also like their social media management suite, it works well for what we need. What do you dislike?
