Great but take your time.
What do you like best? I love the ability to onboard an audiences and get reviews fast to build up your google and Facebook reputation score. Ease of use really makes the platform accessible for people of all tech levels. It's relatively easy to set up and to monitor afterwards. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I appreciate their ability to incorporate various resources (surveys, social, reviews) into their platform. We're able to filter the data and receive reports that suit our needs. What do you dislike? Their services are varied, but I think that is not necessarily a good thing. Simple platform to use to get a lot accomplished!
What do you like best? I like being able to view and respond to reviews from multiple websites in one location. Reputation.com's platform is very easy to use and it makes planning my social media post a breeze. It save a lot time since I don't have to jump back and forth to several different websites. Great product, subpar service
What do you like best? I love that Reputation.com is turnkey and I don't really have to do too much. They request reviews on our behalf and respond to most of them too. What do you dislike? We have reached out to our rep several times about changing our canned responses and removing a manager (no longer with us) from the reviews. When we do get a response, they say it is taken care of. What do you like best? The service is very easy to use and was definitely an upgrade from what we were using prior What do you dislike? it took a little bit longer than expected to learn and utilize all the features but that was just a learning curve What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Reputation is very good at adapting their services to emerging trends. They started as our reputation only management platform and quickly transformed into more. What do you like best? I like having the ability to send review requests via text message. Having saved templates for different groups making sending review requests easy! What do you dislike?
