What do you like best? I love being able to see all over the reviews across our entire portfolio. It really provides a clear picture of where we stand. The breakdown across properties really shows where the problems lie and where things can be improved. I have enjoyed using the map as well as it is a great visual breakdown of what is going on across the portfolio. What do you like best? Reputation.com (RDC) really wants to bend over backwards for us they want to do everything that we need. But it feels like it's always far in the future when another CRM or ORM already has the process down. I am in RDC daily. It holds all my company's data.
