What do you like best? It is easy to solicit reviews from patients. What do you dislike? It is difficult to resolve Google My Business issues with Reputation. Fixing issues has been hit or miss Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't expect changes to GMB profiles to happen quickly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Rolling out the review solicitation has been efficient and useful.

What do you like best? The Third party review monitoring is great. What do you dislike? Identifying key drivers of survey scores is lacking. Hard to determine what areas should be focused on. What do you like best? I like that they are fast to respond to questions. What do you dislike? There are no downsides to using reputation.com that I have noticed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Electronic customer surveys yield a much higher response rate as opposed to our previous paper/mail method.
