What do you like best? I really appreciate the ability to toggle between stores and quickly get a comprehensive overview of the performance of all of our stores. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I find having everything in one place very useful. What do you dislike? The up-sell Not all features are included in the original quoted price. Also the setup is a very hard and tedious process and not find the on boarding team very helpful What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Since using Reputation.com, we've been able to streamline the process (and automate it) to ask for reviews from our customers, and they say it's an easy process to leave reviews for us. We have increased our star-rating on our social platforms which is great as that directly ties into what potential customers see and how they decide who to move with. It's very useful, we've only just scraped the surface but there's room for improvement on the basics
What do you like best? The pre-entered responses for reviews save a lot of time although I wish we had the flexibility to delete those that aren't appropriate for our business. I would also like the ability to edit responses through the platform, currently, if we were to make a spelling error we have to wait for this to pull through onto Google itself and edit which takes time and risks us forgetting to edit these.
