It's very useful, we've only just scraped the surface but there's room for improvement on the basics

What do you like best? The pre-entered responses for reviews save a lot of time although I wish we had the flexibility to delete those that aren't appropriate for our business. I would also like the ability to edit responses through the platform, currently, if we were to make a spelling error we have to wait for this to pull through onto Google itself and edit which takes time and risks us forgetting to edit these.
