What do you like best? Dashboard and reporting; the Reputation Score is a good benchmark metric for our business. What do you dislike? Implementation was a bit choppy and took longer than expected. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Service quality in our customer-facing teams, quality of our mobile applications and portal interfaces.

Helps teams to generate more reviews
What do you like best? I love that this product does the very important work of simplifying the process for generating reviews from customers and posting them on both Google My Business and Facebook. At its price point, its delivering exceptional value in this area. What do you dislike? This is a good program to promote your social media presence on.
What do you like best? I like that it shows the best time to post on the various platforms. What do you dislike? When a post is edited (before being approved) it shows up as two separate posts. This makes it a little cluttery if there are multiple posts for that same day already. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The platform is pretty easy to use and makes responding to reviews very easy!
What do you like best? The platform is easy to use. The reputation score is a great and fun way to keep track of progress. What do you dislike? Reputation's metrics are great but the company's response time is poor and its answers are mediocre.
What do you like best? The metrics and the ability to customize metrics are great. I also like that you can easily download and share charts and reviews. These items help in showing the story of progress that has been made in managing the organization's reputation. Answering reviews, when it works, right from the platform is also a tremendous help. Solid Reputation Management Tool
What do you like best? Ability to monitor multiple online review sites across the internet. What do you dislike? Not HIPPA compliant for requesting patient reviews. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easier to find and address negative reviews .
