Great for managing dozens of locations locations
What do you like best? At a glance metrics across state and local lines. Lots of custom metrics and they are easy to get detailed reports. Very easy to reply and have coordination between the team to address bad reviews. What do you dislike? The support team takes a while to get back to you about tickets. Your main point of contact is not support and must put in their own tickets to solve even simple tasks. The GMB integration would de-sync throughout our few dozen accounts without ...

Aligned with many auto OEMs, not necessarily with the client.
What do you like best? The alignment with OEMs in automotive was the original appeal, gave us a hope that there would be auto-specific best practices and recommendations to the strategy of how we utilize our directories. We had a pretty good set of support specialists who helped kick off the relationship and we were hopeful it would move forward in the same manner. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Reputation generates data to help us monitor our reviews What do you dislike? Platform is not self-explanatory. You have to watch tutorials on how to use it which takes a lot of time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Issues with GMB and miscommunication on Reputation's behalf. Issue was solved with direct communication with state representative.

Good tool for multi-site/franchise/retail use
What do you like best? I like the ability to manage social AND reputation from one location. The reports are fabulous too. What do you dislike? The only difficult piece has been on the business side--getting to a place where we can fully utilize the entire power of the tool. Good when it works
What do you like best? The reporting is comprehensive and the macros that allow you to easily insert saved replies with conditional text formatting are a huge time saver. What do you dislike? The system is unstable and regularly has technical issues that disrupt our ability to read and respond to new reviews in a timely manner. Decent Service at an Amazing Cost
What do you like best? The off-the-shelf cost is a bit much, but you can negotiate much lower (50% lower if you have 60+ locations) What do you dislike? Social Media widget is buggy and not ideal. Updates and fixes are slow. Listings management is unintuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a great solution for the cost - streamlines reviews for all our 100+ locations.
