What do you like best? What I like best is the user friendly website to keep track of my reviews. What do you dislike? I have had a few mishaps with incorrect phone numbers but it really wasn't a dislike because the issue was resolved immediately. What do you like best? Pre-set and customization of your templates to send review requests - different divisions can set up their own or use a company standard.
