Review of Reply
What do you like best? I like that I can put email followups on autopilot. I manage volunteers around the globe in various timezones with a variety of concerns, so its nice to be able to ensure someone else is on top of followups, and reduces administrative burden. What do you dislike? I wish I could change the bottom sentence that allows people to opt-out so that it read differently than "If you don't want to hear from me anymore, let me know." It's a weird wording for our ...

Reply makes it easy to do personalization at scale
What do you like best? I like how easy the software is to use. They also make really great suggestions on things like the subject line, length of copy, reading level, tone, and call to action. It's really smart and puts you in check when you get a little too excited writing your emails. What do you dislike? I wish this tool was built directly into Hubspot so I didn't have to use multiple platforms for sales outreach. That said, it's good to keep people at the top of the funnel ...

Good service
What do you like best? Reply allows me to streamline my outreach and track all interaction. It's the only way I'm able to make all my necessary touch-points What do you dislike? I really like Reply. I can't think of anything right now that would improve the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Reply for my PR outreach for big announcements targeting a large audience. It's the only way to get the word out there in an ...

Great for planning followup
What do you like best? I was spending too much time and worry about keeping in touch with people. The fact is without some planned followup sequence - people will eventually get lost and not respond to your email. What do you dislike? I hope reply will expand the API to help external software control more functions. You don't need this if you use it as intended - but I have to make new campaigns every time I deal with the same person through the same process again. What problems ...

Absolute Nightmare!
What do you like best? Nothing- this program has created a compliance mess we are perpetually cleaning up and it just won't stop. What do you dislike? We tried out the trial version and had a few bumps with that, but no bid deal. Decided not to use Reply and moved on. Then one day, weeks later, totally out of the blue, hundreds of contacts received the exact same email from reply they had previously gotten. No one in my company had set it off, I am the only account manager for this ...

Great for outbound prospecting for both sales teams and individuals
What do you like best? Reply is super simple to use and provides all of the reporting you'd expect and want to see from an outbound email tool. It's also great for sending semi-personalized emails at a steady pace so our team does not need to manually send 1:1 emails. What do you dislike? Not much. For what our sales team uses it for, it does everything we can ask for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reply enables our sales ...

If you need to email, track and improve- this is your best bet!
What do you like best? Ease of use is my favorite thing about the Reply. I needed no training to have a campaign launched! What do you dislike? It would be nice to have some design templates that allow for drag and drop features of images with hyperlinks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communicating to hundreds of people in a personalized way is hard to do and with Reply we are able to communicate with our potential clients ...

Great simple sales tool!
What do you like best? Easy to setup sequences and import lists to send emails to. What do you dislike? Would love to see text/SMS added as a feature to complete a true multi-channel sequence approach to outreach. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reply helped with the ability to reach out to current customers to upsell/crossell more easily with dynamic data.
