What do you like best? Using reply, we have managed to create very effective campaigns that achieved high response rates following their best practices. What do you dislike? There are some few bugs that if your developers could work on, I would give a straight 10. For example the signature and the bcc emails often get removed automatically that gave us hard time in exporting the campaigns to our CRM and not having the signature in place resulted in fewer response rates.
