Reply covers all our outbounding needs and offers great support

What do you like best? It's simple and easy to use and has the functions needed for us to execute our range of outbounding activities. The UI is intuitive, but if I ever have a question, support is there within minutes to answer me and guide me in the right direction. What do you dislike? I think the email validation feature can be improved - it should be possible to validate as you import and it should be easy to change Reply's validation if you believe it's wrong (happens ...

Fantastic tool for B2B sales

What do you like best? Rep.ly is incredibly user friendly. They have done everything possible to simplify the process of setting up a drip. The automatic opt outs are fantastic as are the guidelines they set up around reply rates. What do you dislike? Nothing but it would be great if I could get more information around which emails people are replying to in order to optimize. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reply has allowed ...

Game changer for a small start-up with a lean sales force

What do you like best? Reply.io was incredibly helpful at helping us to cold outreach. The email recommendations are helpful for crafting emails with a high likelihood of response, but most helpful is the opportunity to write a campaign, but quickly and easily personalize each message with one or two sentences. Our response rate is 40%+ because we were able to iterate and optimize our campaigns with Reply. What do you dislike? The software can occasionally lag / load slowly - ...

Great product and customer service!

What do you like best? The UI that shows you how likely it is for you to get a reply to your email. The newsletter with top tips is also extremely useful. What do you dislike? There's not much to dislike, it's a good product at a good price. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's much easier to do outbound sales en masse. The fact that it also integrates with our CRM means that once it's set up, there's very little admin to do ...

Simple to use effective

What do you like best? It's so simple and just works. I really like the personal email touch. What do you dislike? Would like to speed up the process, send more emails per day, but I realize this isn't a limitation of Google. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Personal outre

Perfect for email automation

What do you like best? We use reply for our sales campaigns. I love that I can do a/b tests on headlines and copy so that I can see what works best. What do you dislike? Once a campaign is set and the first emails sent out, it seems that you can't change who the sender. That has created a few issues on our team, but I think we are a special case and this would not be an issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use reply for ...

Excellent Outreach Marketing Platform

What do you like best? What made me signup to Reply.IO is that they allowed me to test the platform thoroughly before deciding if this was the right choice for our company. For me this was very important, unlike Outeach.IO which charges 3 times more for the same service without the ability to test beforehand. I also like the customer support which is always there to answer all my questions prompty. What do you dislike? Some functionalities were not available when I became a ...

Doesn't perform as promised. Save your money!

What do you like best? It has potential, but unfortunately it's still in the beta stage. Too many bugs and too little capacity to be of value. What do you dislike? -Does not allow users to reply to emails using pre-saved templates -Save function doesn't work -No customer support by phone--"chat" support is rarely helpful -Inordinate amount of time to set up -Impossible to schedule emails or track analytics with precision -Does not allow automated emails to people ...

Great for scaling prospecting!

What do you like best? Reply is intuitive and great for scaling email outreach, whilst maintaining an element of personalisation. New campaigns can be created in minutes and I like how the system drip feeds the emails, rather than distributing in bulk. What do you dislike? When using the system as a team, I think the features to share templates and campaigns could be improved - it is not as straight forward as it should be and caused some confusion. Recommendations to others ...
